APPOINTMENT POLICY:

In order to meet all our patient needs, Main Street Health encourages 24 hour notice for any changes to your reserved appointment.  

A $30 fee will be charged to your account if you do not show up for your appointment of if you choose to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.  

Late arrivals will be seen for the remainder of their appointment time only or rescheduled for another day. It is our goal to stay on schedule to the best our abilities.
